What we are

sperm-donation.com puts people in touch with each other. That is the whole service. We are not a clinic, a sperm bank, an agency or an intermediary in any transaction. We do not handle, store, test or ship anything. We do not check who anyone is, and we do not screen anyone’s health. Everything that follows from a contact you make here is between you and the other person.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Your profile must describe you honestly.

What is not allowed

Offering or requesting sexual intercourse as a route to conception, sometimes called natural insemination. Offering or requesting money for sperm. Impersonating someone else, or using photographs that are not of you. Pressuring, harassing or contacting people who have asked you to stop. Advertising other services.

Accounts that break these rules are closed, without a refund where a payment exists.

Your responsibility

Whether and how you meet someone, what you agree, what you have tested, and what legal steps you take are decisions only you can make. Consider talking to a doctor and to a lawyer in your country before you act. Nothing on this site is advice.

Content you post

It stays yours. You give us permission to display it on the platform. You are responsible for having the right to post it.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the service running but do not guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what members do, for what they tell each other, or for the consequences of arrangements made after meeting here.

Changes

We will tell you before terms change in a way that matters to you.
